For comfortable carrying of CAT-type tourniquets or similar sized objects. Equipped with holders for attaching scissors and a pencil.

Thanks to the Velcro fastening, you can quickly remove a tourniquet or other necessary item inside. The case is compatible with the MOLLE system, which allows it to be attached to tactical equipment.

The front of the pocket has a large Velcro panel with laser-cut MOLLE/PALS system. A medical cross patch is included.
