Helle JS 676 Limited Edition
90 years ago, the brothers Steinar and Sigmund Helle built a forge on the family farm in Holmedal and started producing knives. When designing this year's limited edition knives, Jan Steffen and Svein-Erik Helle wanted to honor their grandfathers by designing knives that retain the essence of their design philosophy.
The JS (Jan Steffen) design features a 110cm high polished H3LS blade with a slight false edge on the spine. The 107mm handle is made of curly birch with red dyed leather inserts. Made from an original 1930s Helle print, the case is finished in black with red stitching to honor the forge that Jan Steffen's grandfather was responsible for producing.
