Kitchen knives that need to be sharpened quickly are preferably ground from our diamond steel D12. This oval steel is covered with fine diamonds and you can see that the result comes quickly even if the knife is made of hard stainless steel. To ensure the long life of the steel, we have coated the surface with titanium luminitride, an extremely hard and complex material found only in exclusive products. Diamond steel is used to secure the wedge shape of the edge, and in certain cases, microteeth made of diamond steel can provide very good cutting performance, such as fresh bread.
