1.Loyalty program
This document contains the rules applicable to members of the Militarist OÜ loyalty program.
Militarist OÜ (registration code 16459156) located at Tapri 5-9, 11415 Tallinn, is the legal entity responsible for the loyalty program and is the controller of customer data.
Militarist OÜ – hereinafter MilPood
Customer account – Private client account www.milpood.ee in an online environment that keeps track of discounts, collected virtual money, vouchers, and purchase history.
MilMoney – www.milpood.ee bonus money used in the online environment
2. Purpose of the loyalty program
The purpose of the loyalty program is to provide added value to the customer and MilPoe in their customer relationship.
By joining the MilPood loyalty program, customers can earn "MilRaha" which can be used to pay for their next purchases.
Those who join the loyalty program can take advantage of various discounts.
Membership is valid until terminated under the conditions specified in clause 8 or 9.

To join the loyalty program, you must create www.milpood.ee user account
By creating an account, you agree to our privacy policy.
4.Bonus money and benefits
A loyal customer earns 2% of the transaction cost in MilRaha on each purchase.
Earned MilRaha can be used to pay for purchases in the e-shop
MilRaha cannot be collected from purchasing gift cards and services.
You can check the amount of MilRaha you have collected by logging into your account.
MilRaha earned for the purchase will be credited to the customer account no later than 24 hours after the purchase is made.
MilRaha is not issued in cash from the client account.
Joining the loyalty program is one of the prerequisites for using the “Vormikanda” discount code. More detailed terms and conditions of the “Vormikanda” discount offer can be found: HERE
- Other conditions
MilPood publishes information related to the loyalty program on its website, in the store, or on social media.
Collected MilRaha expires on January 31st of each calendar year.
MilPood reserves the right to terminate the loyalty program by giving 30 calendar days' notice. In the event of such termination, all rights, accumulated virtual money, etc. will remain valid until their expiration date, but not longer than 60 calendar days.
MilPool has the right to change the products included in the loyalty program and the terms and conditions of the loyalty program by notifying the change on the website or in another manner. MilPool does not have to justify the changes in advance, the changes will enter into force at the time of publication of the corresponding notification or at another time specified in the notification.
MilPood is not responsible for any possible damages resulting from the changes made (including the reduction of discounts) and is not obliged to compensate the customer for any damages in any way.

If the customer fails to comply with these rules or otherwise intentionally attempts to misuse another person's loyalty account, MilPood has the right to immediately close the customer's loyalty account. MilPood reserves the right to terminate the customer's loyalty program membership if the customer defrauds MilPood or its employees or behaves in a threatening or illegal manner towards them.
