Helle SKOG
The Skog takes its name from the Scandinavian word for "forest." It's a little sturdier than standard carving knives and has added versatility for outdoor activities. It has the ergonomics of a spiral knife and a very small finger notch that guides your grip without restricting your grip. The Scandinavian flat blade has a drop point line. and it's short enough for maximum control when cutting, but long enough for other types of cuts.
