Self-freezing cold compress

1. Break the inner water bubble by squeezing the bag with both hands.
2. Then shake the bag to mix the contents.
3. Place on the affected area.

The resulting mixture lowers the temperature of the package. Activates at a temperature of -4°C, reaches 0°C in 30 minutes (at an ambient temperature of 20°C).
