The Defender Mk2 shirt is designed primarily for uniformed personnel, but also for active people who value high quality and practicality. Its rather loose cut is ideal for use with a low-profile ballistic vest or IWB (Inside the Waistband) holster.

The lightweight and airy material the shirt is made of is perfect for hiking or everyday use in the city on warmer days. Mesh panels under the armpits provide additional air circulation under the shirt. The Defender Mk2 shirt has an ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) of >30.

The shirt has four pockets at chest level:
- two main pockets with flaps closed with Velcro, with access from the top,
- Two Napoleon pockets located behind the main pockets are closed with a lightweight and durable zipper.
