Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener ELITE is a manual knife sharpening system with seven abrasive blades at an adjustable angle.
The sharpening stand provides a stable platform for sharpening on the bench, and the innovative V-Block clamp secures the knife quickly and securely. The two rods (Tri-Brasive Rod) have three coarse-grained and two fine-grained diamond plates on the sides (for quick blade restoration) and a ceramic plate (for sharpening the edge). One shaft has a leather strap (for sharpening and polishing) and a ceramic splint (for sharpening teeth). Sharpening angles can be adjusted from 15° to 30° in 1° increments to accommodate a wide range of knives. A hard carrying case keeps your abrasives and sharpener organized and ready to use.
