The DR 114 uses environmentally friendly energy sources. The Li-Ion battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh is charged using the built-in solar module or a dynamo hand crank. It can also be charged from an external power source using a USB cable.

The radio operates on the FM/DAB+ wavebands, storing up to 10 stations in each frequency band. It is equipped with a telescopic antenna and a backlit LED display with clock and menu in 10 languages.

In addition to its radio receiver function, it can also function as a camping lamp with three colors of light (cold, neutral, warm), especially useful when there is no access to electricity.

Thanks to the USB connector, the radio works perfectly as a portable power bank and allows you to charge most electronic devices, such as smartphones, tablets or laptops. The connection also allows you to play music from an external device, such as a smartphone or tablet.

The radio is equipped with an SOS alarm function that emits an optical and acoustic signal that helps rescue services locate and locate those in need in an emergency.
